But if I happen to ingest a bit every once in a while? So be it!Brittany @ A Healthy Slice of Lifehttp://www.ahealthysliceoflife.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4124545810585789819.post-86840530235361007502010-09-10T10:41:27.069-07:002010-09-10T10:41:27.069-07:00I remember learning about HFCS in my nutrition cla...I remember learning about HFCS in my nutrition class and the prof said "It's the same as sugar, just not natural..your body reacts to it the same as sugar" and everyone looked at him with a blank stare. Yeah, it's true, it's the same as sugr..but sugar still tears up your intestines. We saw a video of a doctor showing the organs of an obese person who had a high sugar diet..and they were shredded! It was incredible.

I remember saying goodbye to a whole slew of friends when I moved to a different state my junior year of high school. One in particular came to my house late at night crying. It was really heart touching. Luckily I still get to see them once a year if I can though.Mary @ Bites and Blisshttp://bitesandbliss.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4124545810585789819.post-70561944295897452132010-09-10T10:02:23.125-07:002010-09-10T10:02:23.125-07:00Ok HFCS, I much prefer to avoid it. Grant it this could be related that the majority of the foods that contain HFCS are carbs and our body breaks down carbs like nothing! Keep the awesome mini-lessons from your professor coming, they are very interesting :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
